Attention Parents

Do you want to learn the practical skills of the PIES Wellbeing or the PIES Wellbeing for Special Needs courses and be able to teach your child independently? Then join us for a Parent's PIES Workshop where you will receive hands-on, interactive and fun training covering all aspects of the PIES Wellbeing program. The course lasts for three hours at a cost of $150 per person or $100 early bird rate (if paid for a month in advance). Upon completion you will receive a copy of the PIES Wellbeing book and discounts on featured products and services.

Crystal and Herb Workshops

Kids Crystal Healing Workshop - In this workshop we'll be creating a Crystal First Aid Kit

Parent's Crystal and Herb Workshops - Learn to treat illnesses and ailments like colds, fevers, headaches, diarrhoea, concentration problems, hyperactivity and sleeping problems with crystals and herbs.

Included in the workshop fee are course notes, snacks and a crystal travelling pack.

Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond Workshops

This is an exciting yet it could be a stressful time for you. Learn how to use crystals, bush flower essences, yoga and meditation to help you achieve optimum health throughout your pregnancy; support yourself during the labour stages and to prepare yourself and your baby's bonding and future health.

You will create a crystal pregnancy and bush flower essence kit. Please contact us for the next available workshop date or to request a workshop for you and five friends. Cost $120 all inclusive.

Sleep Time Workshops

One of our most popular workshops which helps children to switch off their minds, relax and get a good night’s sleep. We teach children how to self-calm through yoga, self-massage techniques and meditations. We also create dreamtime sleep bags, teddy bear nightmare scare bears, and sleep tight herbal and aromatherapy bags. Your child also gets to take a bush flower essence aiding in sleep home with them.
